    What are the opening hours for Spa treatment?

    Monday to Friday: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
    Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
     

    Is there a minimum age for treatments?

    The minimum age requirement for access to the spa and fitness center is 18.
     

    Where can I put my valuables?

    Lockers are provided in both Ladies and Gentlemen changing rooms. However, we regret that any loss or damage of personal articles will not bear us liable hence keep all valuables locked in your room or spa locker during your visit.
     

    How are the price quoted?

    All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars and exclusive of service charge. Please note that availability and pricing is subject to change or discontinuation at any time without prior notice.
     

    What is the ideal time to come to the Spa?

    We encourage that you arrive at the spa reception 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to have a brief discussion with you about your treatment and to give you ample time to visit our spa facilities. Please understand that  late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.
     

    How do I make a reservation?

    To schedule your preferred time and treatment, please speak with Spa Concierge for availability and provide valid credit card information and contact details, In-house guests may press the Spa button on your room telephone or call (852) 22632040.
     

    What if I need to cancel or reschedule the appointment?

    Cancellation or rescheduling within 10 hours or a no show will incur a 100% charge. Valid credit card information is required at the time of booking.

    Are there any Etiquette in Spa?

    Our spa environment provides relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all Spa guests' right to privacy and serenity. Mobile phones and cameras are not permitted for use within the spa.


    What if I have special health conditions?

    Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which could affect our service when making your Spa reservation. Please consult your doctor prior to your visit at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Hong Kong. Heat and water facilities are not recommended for prenatal ladies.
     

    What if I am pregnant?

    The well-being of you and your baby is of utmost importance during your pregnancy. The Maternity Experience is designed to help ease aching muscles and to relax your body and mind.


    Any amenities provided in the Spa?

    Disposable undergarments, bathrobes, slippers and hair amenities are provided in pre-treatment lounges for guests.
     

    What are other facilities I can use in the Spa?

    Relaxation lounges are provided for guests to relax and unwind before and after their treatments. Spa facilities are available for spa guests, featuring steam, saunas and experience showers.


    Are there any Gift Certificate available?

    Gift certificates are available - an ideal present for someone special. Please contact the Spa Concierge for details.


    Are there any retail shop for me to buy the products I have used in the Spa?

    Yes. We provide an extensive variety of skincare and body products for your spa regime at home.

    The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Hong Kong offers Annual Wellness Memberships and personal training sessions for guests to relax and meet fitness goals while enjoying breathtaking views of Hong Kong.


    Can I do any refund?

    Products sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
